At The Elderberry Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
